Khanij Online issues the pass. Between the gate and the mill almost nothing is verifiable. GreenWatch seals origin photos, the path the truck took, and dest photos onto that pass — one eTP, one record.
The pass is not the journey.
The state portal already owns permits, weighbridges, and payments. GreenWatch does none of that. It answers the gap the portal cannot: did this truck take the authorized road, and did the load arrive as it left.
V1 collects that evidence. It does not score photos. The automatic judgment slot stays empty until this pilot fills it with real frames.
